Morgyn, a product of the Motherwell Academy joined the Steelmen at the age of 10 before progressing through all the age levels and earning himself a professional contract. When playing with the Well U20s he went out on loan to Ayr United and Livingston before joining the Livi permanently in 2015. Neill also represented Scotland at U15s, U16s and U17s..

Most recently Morgyn played for Stranraer, making a total of 50 appearances for the club over 2 seasons.

Speaking about the signing Brown Ferguson said;
