A message to Warriors Abroad supporters from Brown Ferguson

After Saturdays match I was introduced to 4 men who have travelled from Doncaster to take in our match v Berwick. 

They weren’t supporters but just wanted to tick a ground ‘off the list’.  It always great to see people travelling from afar to sample the hospitality on offer from the club and share a drink in the bar afterwards with the regulars and meet some of the players. 

The men themselves seemed to have had a great day and vowed to bring at least 10 of them the next time!!  It’s so important for us to generate interest in our club from all corners of the globe and  I was reminded after meeting these gentlemen that this year it’s the 25th Anniversary of the Warriors Abroad Club. 

Many of those fans frequent the ground when possible and it’s an incredible achievement that this has been going for 25 years. Something the club is very proud off. 

It’s so important to our club that local and far travelled supporters take the time to visit Ochilview and cheer on the Warriors.  To those who take the time to organise the trips to see us, and to those who come along.  Thank you!
