Tryst Community Sports Club is now re-launching BRAND NEW METAFIT CLASSES which is start on Monday the 14^th January and Friday the 18^th January.

We are expecting this class to be very popular so book in early to avoid disappointment.

The class will run every Monday and Friday evening with 2 classes on each day at Larbert High School; the session will be £3 per class which will be paid on the night.

Details of classes’ days/times:

Mondays, 2 classes, 8.30-9pm & 9-9.30pm

Fridays, 2 classes, 6-6.30pm & 6.30-7pm
