As 2024 approaches, do you want to:

If you answered YES to any of these, we invite you to join our free Football Fans in Training (FFIT) programme which begins on Wednesday, January 10^th at Ochilview Park, Stenhousemuir!

WHAT IS FFIT?

FFIT is a 13 week course, different to traditional weight-loss programmes, that offers support and practical advice to participants to make changes and lead a more healthy lifestyle.

From practical advice about what and how much to eat, tips on small changes that can have big impact on your lifestyle, and introducing simple opportunities to exercise, everyone can be a winner at FFIT.

Every 90-minute session follows a specific theme, such as managing your alcohol consumption, understanding food labels and balancing your diet.

Each session will also have a physical element, lead by our FFIT Tutors, suited to your current level of activity – whatever that is.

WHO IS FFIT FOR?

FFIT is for you if:

–         You are male or female

–         your age is 35-65

–         your waist size of 38+ inches (or a belly size 40+ inches)

WHEN IS FFIT?

Wednesday 10^th January – Wednesday 3^rd April

7 – 9pm

HOW DO I BOOK?
