Mens and Womans Football Fans in Training is Coming Back to Ochilview Park in January.
As reported, Warriors in the Community are running a 6th intake of Mens Football Fans in Training and our 3rd intake of Womens Football Fans in Training!
Football Fans in Training (FFIT) is aimed at football supporters over 35 years old and with a waist size of at least 38 inches. It encourages men and women to not only lose weight but also have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately become fitter.💪ðŸ»
The 12 week FFIT programme is completely FREE and participants will also get a look behind the scenes at the football club, get trained by Stenhousemuir F.C coaches and maybe even bump into the 1st team players, manager or a Stenny legend.
The main aims of the FFIT programme are:-
•Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition
•Improve lifestyle choices
•Increase physical activity amongst participants
•Reduce weight and waist measurements
•Increase engagement in other physical activity
Mens FFIT (Intake 6) starts on Thursday 1st February (6.30pm – 8pm)
Womens FFIT (Intake 3) starts on Wednesday 31st January (6pm – 7.30pm)
