September 25, 2015Football Fans in Training is Coming Back to Ochilview Park
As reported Last Week, Warriors in the Community are running a 2nd intake of Football Fans in Training this October 2015!!!!!
Football Fans in Training (FFIT) is aimed at football supporters over 35 years old and with a waist size of at least 38 inches. It encourages men to not only lose weight but also have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately become fitter.
The 12 week FFIT programme is FREE and participants will also get a look behind the scenes at the club, get trained by Stenhousemuir FC coaches and maybe even bump into the players, manager or a SFC legend.
The main aims of the FFIT programme are:-
Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition
Improve lifestyle choices
Increase physical activity amongst participants
Reduce weight and waist measurements
Increase engagement in other physical activity
It starts in October and bookings can be made now!!!!
